    Cost-efficient investigations

    • Prompt-prefix caching is applied so reused investigation context is billed at the discounted rate.
    • Repeated lookups for the same code version are reused instead of re-fetched.
    • The code index is kept between runs, and old tool output can be trimmed from what is sent to the model.
    • Together these typically cut the cost of an investigation roughly in half with the same answers.

HubSpot CRM context on every ticket

    • Connect HubSpot under Settings → Connectors. Each ticket can show the customer’s plan, contract value, renewal date and account owner next to the case.
    • Salesforce CRM remains available the same way for orgs that use it.
  3. October 2026

Insights: Jira source and measured impact

    • Insights can use Jira as a real metrics source, with customer, component and version breakdowns.
    • Measured Arcus impact sits next to estimates so teams see hours and tickets actually helped.
  4. October 2026 · v1.4.9

Cases sidebar: every open ticket, Arcus on Windows

    • Cases shows every open ticket from connected Jira, Zendesk and ServiceNow (same scope as Tickets → Active), with an open count.
    • Refresh is always visible; the list also refreshes about every minute and when you return to the app.
    • Windows installer embeds the Arcus icon and product name (taskbar and right-click no longer say Electron).
  5. October 2026 · v1.4.8

Cases refresh and repo list clean-up

    • Cases sidebar refresh button, ~60s poll and focus refresh so self-assigned tickets show up without restarting.
    • Repo badges show the real repository name; duplicate literal “~” clone folders are cleaned up.
  6. October 2026

    Cross-module code reasoning and accuracy

    • When Arcus reads a file, it also pulls definitions from related modules so root causes cite the right symbols across packages.
    • Guard checks on investigations reduce false high-confidence answers.
    • Agent can clone a missing repo at the customer’s release tag and cite only that ref.

    Postgres stores and zero-downtime deploys

    • Knowledge articles, case memory, AI settings, training data and other ./data stores write through to Postgres and survive deploys.
    • API deploys overlap for 30s with a 60s drain and graceful shutdown, so connectors stay connected instead of flipping Off mid-update.
    • Desktop retries brief 502–504 / network blips with “Server updating, retrying…” while connectors keep their last known state.
  8. October 2026

    Knowledge Base publishers

    • Publish a guide as a markdown pull request on a new branch in your docs repo (never auto-merges). Behind the github_publisher flag.
    • ServiceNow and Salesforce Knowledge draft publishers for orgs that use those systems.
    • Org default publish destination and Publish-to picker with a link back to the published draft.
    • Notion and Confluence draft publishers remain available.
  9. October 2026

    First-run sample investigation

    • New orgs can run a full sample investigation before any helpdesk connector is set up, so the desk is useful on day one.

    Insights: team and personal metrics

    • Team and personal dashboards: CSAT, response rate, first response and resolution time, FCR, reopens, escalations, SLA breaches and AI impact.
  11. October 2026

    SLA tracking

    • Zendesk and ServiceNow SLA targets in one view, sorted by time to breach, with breach warnings.
  12. October 2026

First response on every new ticket

    • New Zendesk and ServiceNow tickets get an internal note within seconds, built from the ticket, logs, archives, HAR files, PDFs and screenshots.
    • Public reply drafts with deterministic confidence. Auto-posting is off by default and blocked on urgent tickets.
    • Idempotent runs, retries, per-org rate limits and an audit event for every run.
  13. October 2026

    Escalations, linking and speaker ID

    • Escalate to engineering with a drafted Jira bug. Nothing is filed until you approve it.
    • Two-way linking between tickets, Slack threads and Jira issues, with duplicate detection.
    • Speaker identification in call transcripts (beta) and structured call notes.
  14. October 2026

Public reply guard and AI quality

    • Public replies are checked against internal comments and blocked if they leak internal text.
    • Better Zendesk ingestion with full comment history, sharper déjà vu and KB ranking, and transcript insights.
  15. October 2026

    Org isolation and security fixes

    • Every org-scoped API route enforces membership. Paid upgrades are admin only.
    • Repo index API requires a signed-in member of the org that owns the index.
    • Dependency upgrades across the desktop app and backend.
  16. October 2026

    Desk redesign

    • Home is now a command center: your queue, new tickets with first-response status, SLA risk and active cases.
    • Calendar call prep cards with linked ticket and brief, and a History timeline with outcome filters.
  17. October 2026

Org notifications and helpdesk SLA metrics

    • In-app and OS alerts for new and assigned tickets.
    • SLA metrics read from your helpdesk.
