Search threads you can see, link them to tickets, and ping owners with approval.

Connect
- Desktop Settings → Integrations → Slack → Sign in with Slack.
- For search during first response, the org needs a Slack user token with search:read.
What it does
- Ask with the @slack chip searches threads your token can already see. It does not post
- Related Slack threads appear in a case’s Linked tab and in first response notes
- Pinging an engineer goes through an approval card showing the exact message. Never @channel or @here
