In short
- Every org’s data is isolated; Case Memory and settings are scoped per org.
- Your code index stays on your computer.
- Only the AI provider your org chose receives AI requests. No cross-provider fallback.
- BYOK keys are encrypted at rest and never returned by the API.
- External posts are off until an admin turns them on, and drafts need your approval.
